Description and working principle
The CONSEP® Concrete Reclaimer is a standalone unit designed to de-water washed-out concrete remains from truck mixers returning to the plant at the end of the day.
Concrete and water are fed into the inlet of the decanting hopper where the solids are allowed to settle out. The settled solids are removed from the hopper by a low speed conveying screw. Once elevated above the unit's water level, the solids are further de-watered and transferred to a convenient discharge height. Reclaimed sand and aggregates, as well as cement water within limits can be re-introduced into concrete production.
